Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Italian the Dance by Fabio Fabbi was auctioned at Sothebys in London in May 2013. The price achieved of GBP 10,000.00 (€ 11,691.56) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Fabio Fabbi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Tambourine Dance in October 2005 with an auction result of USD 363,200.00 (€ 302,792.83).

Die Arbeit Italian the Dance von Fabio Fabbi kam im Mai 2013 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 10.000,00 (€ 11.691,56) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Fabio Fabbi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Tambourine Dance im Oktober 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 363.200,00 (€ 302.792,83).
