Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Danseuse orientale by Fabio Fabbi was sold in the Orientalist Art auction at Bonhams in October 2021. The price achieved of GBP 10,200.00 (€ 12,084.25) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Fabio Fabbi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Tambourine Dance in October 2005 with an auction result of USD 363,200.00 (€ 302,792.83).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Danseuse orientale von Fabio Fabbi wurde im Oktober 2021 in der Auktion Orientalist Art bei Bonhams versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 10.200,00 (€ 12.084,25) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Fabio Fabbi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Tambourine Dance im Oktober 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 363.200,00 (€ 302.792,83).
