In the Paintings, drawings and icons auction, the work The artist's self-portrait with painting brushes and palette changed hands for DKK 24,000.00 (€ 3,221.98) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of DKK 25,000.00 – 30,000.00. Other works by Frederik Christian Lund have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in April 2019 by the work Intérieur D'Atelier Avec Deux Peintres Au Travail at EUR 3,380.00.
