Auction result well in line with expectations
In November last year Bonhams in Paris held the auction Rebel spiritsNon-conformist art from Important European collections, which included the work Sans titre/ Untitled by Evgeny Rukhin. The price achieved of EUR 6,375.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 5,500.00 – 7,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Evgeny Rukhin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Russian Da Nyet, 1975 in April 2008 with an auction result of USD 265,000.00 (€ 170,220.97).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November letzten Jahres führte Bonhams in Paris die Auktion Rebel spiritsNon-conformist art from Important European collections durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sans titre/ Untitled von Evgeny Rukhin zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 6.375,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 5.500,00 – 7.500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Evgeny Rukhin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Russian Da Nyet, 1975 im April 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 265.000,00 (€ 170.220,97).
