In December 2021 Sothebys in London held the auction Post-War and Contemporary Russian Art from a Private Collection, which included the work Da Nyet by Evgeny Rukhin. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 94,500.00 (€ 112,718.68), 58% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Evgeny Rukhin; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Russian Da Nyet, 1975 sold at auction in April 2008 with the realized price of USD 265,000.00 (€ 170,220.97).
