Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Collage composition with a dial by Evgeny Rukhin was auctioned at Bonhams in London in June 2021. The price achieved of GBP 7,012.50 (€ 8,171.39) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Evgeny Rukhin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Russian Da Nyet, 1975 in April 2008 with an auction result of USD 265,000.00 (€ 170,220.97).
