Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Evgeny Chubarov was auctioned at Sothebys in London in June 2018. The price achieved of GBP 37,500.00 (€ 42,381.39) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Evgeny Chubarov achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 692,000.00 (€ 1,026,893.20).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Evgeny Chubarov kam im Juni 2018 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 37.500,00 (€ 42.381,39) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Evgeny Chubarov erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Juni 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 692.000,00 (€ 1.026.893,20).
