Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Eugenio Bonivento could be acquired at Sothebys in Milan in June 2007 for an unexpectedly low price. In the 19th Century Paintings and Sculpture auction, the work Zattere A Venezia changed hands for EUR 1,080.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 1,200.00 – 1,800.00. Admittedly, works by Eugenio Bonivento have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Canale Veneziano in June 2008 with an auction result of EUR 8,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Eugenio Bonivento konnte im Juni 2007 bei Sothebys in Mailand für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion 19th Century Paintings and Sculpture wechselte die Arbeit Zattere A Venezia für EUR 1.080,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.200,00 – 1.800,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Eugenio Bonivento auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Canale Veneziano im Juni 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 8.750,00.
