A top price for Eugenio Bonivento
In June 2008 Sothebys in Milan held the auction 19th Century Paintings and Sculpture, which included the work Canale Veneziano by Eugenio Bonivento. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 8,750.00 46% above the upper estimate. With this result, Canale Veneziano is even the most expensive work of art by Eugenio Bonivento that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Juni 2008 führte Sothebys in Mailand die Auktion 19th Century Paintings and Sculpture durch, in der auch die Arbeit Canale Veneziano von Eugenio Bonivento zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 8.750,00 und damit 46% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Canale Veneziano sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Eugenio Bonivento, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
