Auction result misses estimated price range
In December 2019 a collector was able to acquire the work "Motiv från Garnsviken" (Scene from Garnsviken) by Eugène Jansson for SEK 60,000.00 (€ 5,718.36). This price was achieved in the auction Important Winter Sale at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 80,000.00 – 100,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Eugène Jansson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work 'Timmermansgatan' (Timmermansgatan) in December 2021 with an auction result of SEK 3,150,000.00 (€ 307,262.77).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember 2019 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit "Motiv från Garnsviken" (Scene from Garnsviken) von Eugène Jansson für SEK 60.000,00 (€ 5.718,36) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Important Winter Sale bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 80.000,00 – 100.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Eugène Jansson erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit 'Timmermansgatan' (Timmermansgatan) im Dezember 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 3.150.000,00 (€ 307.262,77).
