In June 2021 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Important Spring Sale, which included the work Landscape by Ester Almqvist. The result of SEK 15,000.00 (€ 1,478.73) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ester Almqvist achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Hängbjörken" (The silver birch) in December 2020 with an auction result of SEK 420,000.00 (€ 41,828.29).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Juni 2021 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Important Spring Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Landscape von Ester Almqvist zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 15.000,00 (€ 1.478,73) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ester Almqvist erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Hängbjörken" (The silver birch) im Dezember 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 420.000,00 (€ 41.828,29).
