A top price for Ernst Seger - as previously expected
In October 2017 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Paris Atelier du Monde, which included the work Jeune Fille - 1920 by Ernst Seger. The price achieved of EUR 9,100.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 7,000.00 – 10,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Jeune Fille - 1920 is the most expensive artwork by Ernst Seger that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im Oktober 2017 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Paris Atelier du Monde durch, in der auch die Arbeit Jeune Fille - 1920 von Ernst Seger zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 9.100,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 7.000,00 – 10.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Jeune Fille - 1920 das teuerste Kunstwerk von Ernst Seger, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
