It achieved a price of USD 3,125.00 (€ 2,117.93), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 56%. Admittedly, works by Ernesto Pujol have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Isla de Balseros (From The Series Mapas) in November 2005 with an auction result of USD 10,800.00 (€ 9,160.31).

Die Arbeit Entrance (Bronze); and Puffy (Bronze) von Ernesto Pujol wurde im Oktober 2009 in der Auktion Latin America bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 3.125,00 (€ 2.117,93) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 56%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ernesto Pujol auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Isla de Balseros (From The Series Mapas) im November 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 10.800,00 (€ 9.160,31).
