In May 2012 Christies in New York held the auction Latin American Sale, which included this untitled work by Ernesto Deira. The »bidding war« ended at USD 86,500.00 (€ 69,961.18), 44% above the upper estimate. With this result, this work without title is even the most expensive work of art by Ernesto Deira that we have observed at auctions so far.
