Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Erland Cullberg could be acquired at Bukowski in Helsinki in March 2010 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Lilla Bukowskis S192 auction, the work Midsommar changed hands for SEK 6,400.00 (€ 656.75) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 8,000.00 – 10,000.00. Admittedly, works by Erland Cullberg have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in May 2013 with an auction result of SEK 36,000.00 (€ 4,185.40).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Erland Cullberg konnte im März 2010 bei Bukowski in Helsinki für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Lilla Bukowskis S192 wechselte die Arbeit Midsommar für SEK 6.400,00 (€ 656,75) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 8.000,00 – 10.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Erland Cullberg auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im Mai 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 36.000,00 (€ 4.185,40).
