Sold at the lower estimate price
In May this year Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Modern Art + Design, which included the work "Skördemaskin" by Erik Olson. The result of SEK 400,000.00 (€ 34,465.93) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 400,000.00 – 500,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Erik Olson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work ”Carré Rouge" in May 2021 with an auction result of SEK 6,800,000.00 (€ 671,412.17).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Mai diesen Jahres führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Modern Art + Design durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Skördemaskin" von Erik Olson zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 400.000,00 (€ 34.465,93) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 400.000,00 – 500.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Erik Olson erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ”Carré Rouge" im Mai 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 6.800.000,00 (€ 671.412,17).
