Despite a disappointment, a good price for Erik Enroth
When the work Still Life. by Erik Enroth was auctioned at Bukowski in Helsinki in November 2018, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for EUR 1,100.00. Despite this disappointing result, Still Life. is the most expensive artwork by Erik Enroth that we have observed at auction so far.
Trotz Enttäuschung ein guter Preis für Erik Enroth
Als die Arbeit Still Life. von Erik Enroth im November 2018 bei Bukowski in Helsinki versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für EUR 1.100,00 den Besitzer. Trotz dieses enttäuschenden Ergebnisses ist Still Life. das teuerste Kunstwerk von Erik Enroth, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
