Auction result misses estimated price range
In September 2006 a collector was able to acquire the work A landscape by Engelbert L'Hoëst for EUR 960.00. This price was achieved in the auction Pictures, Watercolours and Drawings at Christies in Amsterdam and was even below the estimate range of EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Engelbert L'Hoëst - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Landscape, which sold at auction in December 2012 for EUR 2,375.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im September 2006 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit A landscape von Engelbert L'Hoëst für EUR 960,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Pictures, Watercolours and Drawings bei Christies in Amsterdam erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Engelbert L'Hoëst mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Landscape beobachtet, die im Dezember 2012 für EUR 2.375,00 versteigert wurde.
