Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In October this year Bruun Rasmussen held the auction Paintings, furniture and varia, which included the work People on a dusty road in Biskra by Émile Boivin. Here, the upper estimate of DKK 4,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for DKK 4,200.00 (€ 562.76). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Émile Boivin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work French At The City Walls in October 2008 with an auction result of GBP 4,500.00 (€ 5,735.89).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Oktober diesen Jahres führte Bruun Rasmussen die Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia durch, in der auch die Arbeit People on a dusty road in Biskra von Émile Boivin zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von DKK 4.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für DKK 4.200,00 (€ 562,76) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Émile Boivin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit French At The City Walls im Oktober 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 4.500,00 (€ 5.735,89).
