Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work “Grænsefjelle” (Mountains at the border), Norge - Sverige by Else Alfelt was sold in the Modern art and design auction at Bruun Rasmussen in March this year. Here, the upper estimate of DKK 20,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for DKK 22,000.00 (€ 2,952.35). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Else Alfelt - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Mountains, c, which sold at auction in March this year for DKK 70,000.00 (€ 9,393.86).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit “Grænsefjelle” (Mountains at the border), Norge - Sverige von Else Alfelt wurde im März diesen Jahres in der Auktion Modern art and design bei Bruun Rasmussen versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von DKK 20.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für DKK 22.000,00 (€ 2.952,35) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Else Alfelt mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Mountains, c beobachtet, die im März diesen Jahres für DKK 70.000,00 (€ 9.393,86) versteigert wurde.
