Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Elisabeth von Eicken could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in June 2021 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Important Spring Sale auction, the work Spring landscape changed hands for SEK 75,000.00 (€ 7,393.65) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 80,000.00 – 100,000.00. Other works by Elisabeth von Eicken have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in October 2008 by the work Winter Landscape at USD 12,500.00 (€ 9,856.49).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Elisabeth von Eicken konnte im Juni 2021 bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Important Spring Sale wechselte die Arbeit Spring landscape für SEK 75.000,00 (€ 7.393,65) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 80.000,00 – 100.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Elisabeth von Eicken wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im Oktober 2008 die Arbeit Winter Landscape mit USD 12.500,00 (€ 9.856,49).
