It achieved a price of GBP 52,500.00 (€ 74,427.37), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 50%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Elias van den Broeck - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Blumenstilleben., which sold at auction in April 2011 for CHF 228,000.00 (€ 177,511.10).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 52.500,00 (€ 74.427,37) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 50%. Für andere Arbeiten von Elias van den Broeck mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Blumenstilleben. beobachtet, die im April 2011 für CHF 228.000,00 (€ 177.511,10) versteigert wurde.
