This artwork by Egisto Lancerotto achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in March 2008. In the 19th Century Paintings and Sculptures auction, the work Sandola Dans La Lagune, Venise sold for EUR 19,827.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 8,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Egisto Lancerotto - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A Young Lady In A Vineyard, which sold at auction in November 2005 for GBP 30,000.00 (€ 44,073.79).

Für andere Arbeiten von Egisto Lancerotto mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit A Young Lady In A Vineyard beobachtet, die im November 2005 für GBP 30.000,00 (€ 44.073,79) versteigert wurde.
