In May 2011 Sothebys in Toronto held the auction Important Canadian Art, which included the work Still Life Of A Plant On A Window Sill by Efa Prudence Heward. The »bidding war« ended at CAD 15,600.00 (€ 11,200.83), 30% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Efa Prudence Heward - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Portrait Of A Lady, which sold at auction in November 2010 for CAD 42,000.00 (€ 31,380.79).

Im Mai 2011 führte Sothebys in Toronto die Auktion Important Canadian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Still Life Of A Plant On A Window Sill von Efa Prudence Heward zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von CAD 15.600,00 (€ 11.200,83) und damit 30% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Efa Prudence Heward mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Portrait Of A Lady beobachtet, die im November 2010 für CAD 42.000,00 (€ 31.380,79) versteigert wurde.
