A top price for Eero Järnefelt - as previously expected
The work Finnish sunset Over A Lake by Eero Järnefelt was auctioned at Sothebys in London in December 2017. The result of GBP 150,000.00 (€ 168,803.03) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 150,000.00 – 200,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Finnish sunset Over A Lake is the most expensive artwork by Eero Järnefelt that we have observed at auctions so far.
