The result of USD 2,000.00 (€ 1,786.19) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Edwin M. Fox have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Mr. E. Swinnerton's Prize Bull Monk in January 2002 with an auction result of USD 14,100.00 (€ 16,406.80).

Fox auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Mr. E. Swinnerton's Prize Bull Monk im Januar 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 14.100,00 (€ 16.406,80).
