Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In June 2009 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Street Art, which included the work Slang, 2006 by Edwin Goodwrite. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 2,200.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 2,295.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Edwin Goodwrite - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Who'S Next, 2006, which sold at auction in February 2008 for EUR 6,816.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juni 2009 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Street Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Slang, 2006 von Edwin Goodwrite zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 2.200,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 2.295,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Edwin Goodwrite mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Who'S Next, 2006 beobachtet, die im Februar 2008 für EUR 6.816,00 versteigert wurde.
