The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait of a young girl in June 2003 with an auction result of GBP 66,920.00 (€ 96,167.68).

Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 800,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 822,50 (€ 1.164,96) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Edward Stott erzielen.
