Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Edward Pfizenmaier could be acquired at Bonhams in January this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Discovery on Sunset auction, the work George Balanchine with Ballet Dancers changed hands for USD 357.00 (€ 328.79) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 500.00 – 800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Edward Pfizenmaier achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Wollman Rink, Central Park, New York, 1954 in December 2009 with an auction result of USD 10,000.00 (€ 6,977.39).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne

Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Edward Pfizenmaier erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Wollman Rink, Central Park, New York, 1954 im Dezember 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 10.000,00 (€ 6.977,39).
