Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of GBP 6,000.00 (€ 7,014.97) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Admittedly, works by Edward Ladell have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Still Life With A Blue And White Vase, Peaches And Grapes; Still Life With A Bird'S Nest, Fruit And A Silver Tazza in December 2006 with an auction result of GBP 42,000.00 (€ 62,333.26).
