Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of GBP 720.00 (€ 1,069.22) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 600.00 – 800.00. Admittedly, works by Edward Armfield have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Terriers Ratting; And Terriers With A Fox And Pheasant in June 2005 with an auction result of GBP 4,200.00 (€ 6,224.67).
