A top price for Edward Cucuel
In December last year Christies in London held the auction British and European Art: Part 1, which included the work Les yachts by Edward Cucuel. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 150,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 151,200.00 (€ 170,690.07). With this result, Les yachts is even the most expensive work of art by Edward Cucuel that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis für Edward Cucuel
Im Dezember letzten Jahres führte Christies in London die Auktion British and European Art: Part 1 durch, in der auch die Arbeit Les yachts von Edward Cucuel zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 150.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 151.200,00 (€ 170.690,07) einen neuen Besitzer. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Les yachts sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Edward Cucuel, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
