Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2003 Christies in London held the auction 19th Century European Art including Orientalist Pictures, which included the work An archadian lake landscape by Eduard Kasparides. The price achieved of GBP 3,525.00 (€ 5,065.62) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Other works by Eduard Kasparides have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November this year the work Nymphe am Fluss. was auctioned for EUR 6,600.00.

Im Juni 2003 führte Christies in London die Auktion 19th Century European Art including Orientalist Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit An archadian lake landscape von Eduard Kasparides zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.525,00 (€ 5.065,62) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Eduard Kasparides konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im November diesen Jahres die Arbeit Nymphe am Fluss. für EUR 6.600,00 versteigert.
