A top price for Edoardo Villa - as previously expected
The work Abstract by Edoardo Villa was auctioned at Bonhams in London in October 2019. The price achieved of GBP 5,062.50 (€ 5,872.14) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Abstract is the most expensive artwork by Edoardo Villa that we have observed at auctions so far.
