In December 2016 Il Ponte held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included the work Composizione by Edoardo Giordano. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 3,200.00 60% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Edoardo Giordano; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Composizione sold at auction in November 2003 with the realized price of EUR 4,712.00.

Im Dezember 2016 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Composizione von Edoardo Giordano zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 3.200,00 und damit 60% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Edoardo Giordano; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Composizione im November 2003 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 4.712,00.
