The result of GBP 10,000.00 (€ 14,339.26) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Other works by Edmund John Niemann have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2008 the work British View Of Paris was auctioned for GBP 15,000.00 (€ 19,119.62).
