Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2012 Sothebys in London held the auction Contemporary Art / Turkish, which included this untitled work by Ebru Uygun. The price achieved of GBP 10,000.00 (€ 12,264.72) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Other works by Ebru Uygun have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2010 the work without title was auctioned for GBP 15,000.00 (€ 17,262.07).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2012 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Contemporary Art / Turkish durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Ebru Uygun zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 10.000,00 (€ 12.264,72) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Ebru Uygun konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April 2010 die Arbeit ohne Titel für GBP 15.000,00 (€ 17.262,07) versteigert.
