In April 2011 Sothebys in London held the auction Contemporary Art/ Turkish, which included this untitled work by Ebru Uygun. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 10,000.00 (€ 11,261.72), 43% above the upper estimate. Other works by Ebru Uygun have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 15,000.00 (€ 17,262.07) in April 2010 for the work without title.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 43 % übertroffen
Im April 2011 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Contemporary Art/ Turkish durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Ebru Uygun zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 10.000,00 (€ 11.261,72) und damit 43% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Ebru Uygun haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 15.000,00 (€ 17.262,07) im April 2010 für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet.
