The work Three works: (i) Study of Chocolate (Silver & White); (ii) Tear Drops Falling Into Raindrops; (iii) Outernational Sounds by Dzine was auctioned at Phillips in an online auction in September 2020. The auction ended at the price of USD 5,000.00 (€ 4,266.94), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Dzine - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Love, which sold at auction in March 2013 for USD 18,750.00 (€ 14,630.15).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Three works: (i) Study of Chocolate (Silver & White); (ii) Tear Drops Falling Into Raindrops; (iii) Outernational Sounds von Dzine kam im September 2020 bei Phillips in einer Online-Auktion zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 5.000,00 (€ 4.266,94) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Dzine mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Love beobachtet, die im März 2013 für USD 18.750,00 (€ 14.630,15) versteigert wurde.
