Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Strip poker by Richard Durando-Togo was auctioned at Christies in London in February 2004. The price achieved of GBP 717.00 (€ 1,070.51) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 600.00 – 800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Richard Durando-Togo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Vanity in June 2013 with an auction result of GBP 10,000.00 (€ 11,671.79).

Die Arbeit Strip poker von Richard Durando-Togo kam im Februar 2004 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 717,00 (€ 1.070,51) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 600,00 – 800,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Richard Durando-Togo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Vanity im Juni 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 10.000,00 (€ 11.671,79).
