Auction result misses estimated price range
In December 2012 a collector was able to acquire the work A still life with a funnel by Duilio Barnabè for EUR 1,875.00. This price was achieved in the auction A European Corporate Collection at Christies in Amsterdam and was even below the estimate range of EUR 3,000.00 – 5,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Duilio Barnabè achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Figura in December 2021 with an auction result of USD 31,500.00 (€ 27,831.77).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember 2012 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit A still life with a funnel von Duilio Barnabè für EUR 1.875,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion A European Corporate Collection bei Christies in Amsterdam erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Duilio Barnabè erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Figura im Dezember 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 31.500,00 (€ 27.831,77).
