Auction result well in line with expectations
In April last year Artcurial in Paris held the auction More, which included the work Atomic Bomb by Dran. The price achieved of EUR 1,837.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Dran achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ciao in May this year with an auction result of EUR 94,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April letzten Jahres führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion More durch, in der auch die Arbeit Atomic Bomb von Dran zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.837,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Dran erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ciao im Mai diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 94.500,00.
