Auction result fails to reach estimate
This work of art by Doris Bloom could be acquired at Bruun Rasmussen in May this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Modern art and design auction, the work Erotic composition changed hands for DKK 900.00 (€ 120.80) - just shy of the DKK 1,000.00 estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Doris Bloom achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Untitled, two compositions in January 2024 with an auction result of DKK 2,100.00 (€ 1,835.34).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt den Schätzpreis
Dieses Kunstwerk von Doris Bloom konnte im Mai diesen Jahres bei Bruun Rasmussen für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Modern art and design wechselte die Arbeit Erotic composition für DKK 900,00 (€ 120,80) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit den Schätzpreis von DKK 1.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Doris Bloom erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Untitled, two compositions im Januar 2024 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 2.100,00 (€ 1.835,34).
