This work of art by Donato Frisia could be acquired at Il Ponte in May 2018 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Dipinti e sculture XIX e XX Secolo auction, the work Litorale napoletano con Vesuvio sullo sfondo changed hands for EUR 500.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 550.00 – 600.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Donato Frisia achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Venezia Al Ponte di Rialto in June 2005 with an auction result of EUR 5,952.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Donato Frisia konnte im Mai 2018 bei Il Ponte für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Dipinti e sculture XIX e XX Secolo wechselte die Arbeit Litorale napoletano con Vesuvio sullo sfondo für EUR 500,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 550,00 – 600,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Donato Frisia erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Venezia Al Ponte di Rialto im Juni 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 5.952,00.
