A top price for Donald Teskey - as previously expected
The work Coastal Landscape by Donald Teskey was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Irish Art auction at Sothebys in London in October 2007. The price achieved of GBP 24,500.00 (€ 35,183.61) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Coastal Landscape is the most expensive artwork by Donald Teskey that we have observed at auctions so far.
