A top price for Don Styler
When the work Tree-top siesta by Don Styler was auctioned at Christies in London in May 2007, the result exceeded expectations many times over. The upper estimate was set at a - in retrospect quite modest - GBP 500.00 but the actual price achieved was more than four times as high at GBP 2,160.00 (€ 3,178.59). This high result makes Tree-top siesta the most expensive artwork by Don Styler that we have observed at auctions so far.
