A top price for Don Fink - as previously expected
The work Composition, 1956 by Don Fink was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in November 2009. The price achieved of EUR 1,785.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Composition, 1956 is the most expensive artwork by Don Fink that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit Composition, 1956 von Don Fink kam im November 2009 bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.785,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Composition, 1956 das teuerste Kunstwerk von Don Fink, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
