In November 2015 Il Ponte held the auction Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo, which included the work La preghiera by Domenico Induno. The auction ended at the price of EUR 6,500.00, which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of EUR 6,000.00 – 6,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Domenico Induno achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Post Boy in June 2006 with an auction result of GBP 60,000.00 (€ 86,819.00).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Im November 2015 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo durch, in der auch die Arbeit La preghiera von Domenico Induno zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 6.500,00 entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 6.000,00 – 6.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Domenico Induno erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Post Boy im Juni 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 60.000,00 (€ 86.819,00).
