Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Dmitry Stelletsky achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in June 2018. In the Russian Art auction, the work The Hunt sold for GBP 156,250.00 (€ 176,589.13) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 60,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Dmitry Stelletsky - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work De L'Aube À La Nuit, which sold at auction in December 2015 for GBP 401,000.00 (€ 544,538.72).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Dmitry Stelletsky erzielte im Juni 2018 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Russian Art wurde die Arbeit The Hunt für GBP 156.250,00 (€ 176.589,13) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 60.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Dmitry Stelletsky mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit De L'Aube À La Nuit beobachtet, die im Dezember 2015 für GBP 401.000,00 (€ 544.538,72) versteigert wurde.
