A top price for Dmitry Lion
In November 2016 Sothebys in London held the auction Including the Bar-Gera Collection of Soviet Non-Conformist Art, which included this untitled work by Dmitry Lion. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 2,750.00 (€ 3,244.73), 38% above the upper estimate. With this result, this work without title is even the most expensive work of art by Dmitry Lion that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im November 2016 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Including the Bar-Gera Collection of Soviet Non-Conformist Art durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Dmitry Lion zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 2.750,00 (€ 3.244,73) und damit 38% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist dieses Werk ohne Titel sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Dmitry Lion, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
